Thanks to the community reaching the 1,000,000 Winter Key donation goal, this exclusive full outfit can now be claimed by all active agents during the event.

White Krampus Outfit – Community Reward Explained
The White Krampus Outfit is a community-wide reward, meaning it wasn’t locked behind RNG, difficulty levels, or long grinds. Once the global donation target was met, the outfit became available to all agents participating during the Winter Event window.
If you’re logged in during the event, you’re eligible to claim it.
How to Claim the White Krampus Outfit in The Division 2
To claim the White Krampus Outfit, head to the White House and visit the Winter Event Vendor. Once you’re there, locate the Community Cache and open it to unlock the White Krampus Outfit.
After opening the cache, the outfit is instantly added to your Apparel inventory, ready to equip with no extra steps required.
Things You Should Know Before Claiming the White Krampus Outfit
No Winter Keys Are Consumed
You don’t need to spend any Winter Keys to open the Community Cache. Even if you have keys in your inventory, they won’t be used when claiming the White Krampus Outfit. If the cache doesn’t open for some reason, defeating a Krampuslauf named enemy to pick up a Winter Key and then trying again usually fixes the issue.
Full Outfit, One Click
The White Krampus Outfit is a full uniform, not individual clothing pieces. That means one click applies the entire look instantly — no mixing parts or extra setup required.
Mask Is Not Included
The White Krampus Mask does not come with the outfit. To get the mask, you’ll need to either defeat Krampus in the Krampusnacht bounty or open Winter Apparel Caches from the Event Vendor.
